Greatest racing game ever?


There are a lot of very good racing games out there, so let’s talk about all the WELL KNOWN ones. This comparison is NOT based on realism alone, it is valued by how well the graphics, simulation, gaming depth, intensity and all other fun factors combined to make it great and worthwhile.     Don`t confuse video games with reality!Wanna feel the reality get a life!If I want to drive a fast car I buy one but I don`t like car accidents so I that`s the reason I play video games for fun joy and relax.

    Yeh you`re right but I still prefer GRID just because I feel the challenge and adrenaline. Trust me I`ve played a lots of racing games even PC or PS PS2 or PS3.

    it all depends on what your into, theres a game for everyone. i for one am into physics and realism, so my game is gt. if i was into arcade style tunnel vision games (the blurring that happens in pgr, or in real life when your drunk) then thats just a preference.

    WEWT YEAH MIDNIGHT CLUB LOS ANGELES!!!!!!
    I want that game so badly. . . I want a steering wheel while i play it also. =] I might go get that set up.

    Video was great, I watched every second of it, well. . . not the last ten seconds, ha. But I really liked this video, I agree on everything you talked about, for instants, how it was cloudy, but the vehicles and objects were shiny? That was a really good point.
    NFS is a shit racing game, it was great at the time, but compared to others? Nope.

    It’s kinda dumb to say either Forza 2 is better or Gran Turismo is better because they are playable on different systems. It’s really about what you are looking for in a game and giving every game a chance. Games that have worked out for me include MCLA (for street) FM2 (for simulation) PGR3 (for stock production cars and adrenaline). I would not choose between any of these three because they are good in their own right. Thought?
